मैं ठान लिया हूँ

कुछ अलग करना है अब मुझे,

मैं यह ठान लिया हूँ।

अभी पहुंचा नहीं हूँ मंजिल पर,

अभी तो बस उड़ान लिया हूँ।

कोई साथ नहीं देता मुश्किलों में,

मैं यह जान लिया हूँ।

अब अकेले ही चलूँगा अपनी मंजिल की ओर,

मैं यह ठान लिया हूँ।

चल पड़ा हूँ अब मैं,

झोली भर के अरमान लिया हूँ।

ऐ राही तू चलता जा

ऐ राही! तू मेरी बात सुन,

अपनी राह तू ख़ुद चुन।

जितनी बार तु गिरे, उतनी बार तू संभलता जा,

ऐ राही! तू चलता जा।

जैसे सूरज है आकाश में,

और तू है उसकी प्रकाश में।

उसके जैसा कभी ढलना तो कभी उगता जा,

ऐे राही! तू चलता जा।

जल मत तू बदले की आग में,

सफल होना है तो मग्न रह अनुराग में।

कोई तुझे अपमान करें, तो उसकी नादानी पर हँसता जा,

ऐ राही! तू चलता जा।

We are always been taught that it is always the son who inherited his father's property. Trying to prove that there's a partiality going among the society. But why they forget to mention that it is always the daughter who inherited her father in-law's property.
